PEDIGREE 

Jake has been a one in a million show dog bred and loved by our family. He has achieved many firsts for us and for the breed. Jake received his first Best in Show, while shown by owner/breeder Ellie Goiffon at the age of 15 years old under the wonderful Judge Mrs. Gloria Geringer in 2014. In 2015 he received his second Best in Show, while shown by owner/breeder Lydia Goiffon under another great judge Mr. Guy Jeavon’s. This second Best in Show for a red Australian Terrier made history for Jake, the breed and us as it the only time to date that a red Australian Terrier has ever received two best in shows. Jake also received the first ever “Reserve BIS-Owner Handler” of any breed, in 2015 Louisville, KY under Judge Robert Hutton, this new award actually was to start the week after, but Ellie and Jake received the trophy and award anyway. Jake has been awarded two all- breed Reserve Best in Show as well.

There are so many achievements and awards presented to Jake, so many highlights which include winning breed at Westminster, BISS at supported show, BOB at Montgomery, Top 7 finalist in the 2014 World Show in Finland, over 100 AustralianTerriers participated, we had the only Australian Terriers representing the USA. A huge Group 2 at Louisville to name a few. He has been evaluated by has been awarded 370 Awards, 2 Best in Shows, 1 Reserve Best in Show, 18 Group 1 placements, dozens and dozens of Group placements, evaluated by 81 AKC Judges, top ranked 4 years in a row and received 500 Grand Champion points, completing his Gold Grand Championship before he retired.
